3. hosting & server log files
Our website is hosted on servers of Hetzner Online GmbH (Germany). We or Hetzner automatically record the following data (server log files) each time the website is accessed:
- IP address (anonymized by shortening the last octet)
- Date & time of access
- Requested URL / file
- Status code (HTTP)
- Volume of data transferred
- Browser type / version and operating system
Purpose & legal basis
Processing is carried out to ensure the stable and secure operation of the website (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR - legitimate interest). Log data is automatically deleted after 7 days.

5. local, anonymized page view tracking
For statistical evaluation, we store an anonymized page view count on our own server (without IP address, without device fingerprint).
The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in the optimization of our website). It is not possible to draw conclusions about individual persons.

Storage period - We delete your request no later than 6 months after final processing, provided that there are no legal retention periods to the contrary.
Emails are processed via our mail server (Germany) and transmitted TLS-encrypted.

Our website contains links to third parties (e.g. Too Good To Go, Hamburger Tafel). When you click on these links, you leave our site; the privacy policy of the respective providers apply. Data is only transferred to these services when you actively select the link.
